1. The Φ 508 ~ φ 1625 spiral welded pipe unit is mainly used for the production of welded steel pipes for water, natural gas transmission and mechanized structure. The unit has the characteristics of advanced technology, reliable equipment, perfect process and mature production.
The unit is a complete spiral welded pipe production equipment with mechanical, electrical automatic control and hydraulic control.

6, Installation and commissioning:
1. The installation period is about 20 working days (after the foundation is completed).
2. The supplier shall provide guidance for installation and commissioning, and the foreign installation cost shall be calculated separately.
3. In order to ensure the smooth progress of installation, debugging and technical training, the buyer shall provide at least 2 persons to cooperate with the installation and debugging.
The buyer shall provide local accommodation, transportation and safety guarantee for the installation and commissioning personnel of the supplier

1. Equipment performance
1.1 Uncoiler
It is used to support the coil,adjust the position of the left&right frame to ensure that the steel coil width center is coincides with the center line of the unit and adjust the position of the cone head so that the steel coil can enter the leveling machine smoothly.
It is mainly composed of double cone head lifting device, moving device, winding car, power device and car moving device.

1.2 Coil peeler device
It is used to open the coil head by strong force of a retractable and swinging shovel and feed into the leveling machine.
It is mainly composed of a shovel head device, a frame. Its driven by hydraulic cylinder .

1.3 Leveling machine
It is used to clamp and deliver the steel coil .
Mainly by two-roller pinch device, five-roller leveling, using AC motor to drag. The pinch roller is lifted and lowered by hydraulic pressure, and the hydraulic cylinders on both sides need to be synchronized. The upper roller is lifted and lowered by hydraulic pressure, feeding and leveling.

1.4 Hydraulic cutting butt welder

1.6 Edge milling machine
It is used to milling the edge of the steel coil improve the quality of the edge .
The machine composed of base ,sliding seat ,power device ,width adjustment device,chip removal device.The base adopts welding structure, its strength and rigidity is high enough to meet the requirement.
1.7 Delivery machine
Its the main power of the mill,it is used to push the steel coil to forming machine continuously .
Its composed of frame ,roller ,transmission device and press-down device The upper roller of the delivery roller is hydraulically pressed. The manual hydraulic station can be used to add the accumulator. The main can also be used. The bridge hydraulic station is used as a power source, and an accumulator and a pressure regulating valve are required

1.8 Guide plate device (outlet pressure row)
It is used to make the steel coil keep smooth operation from main drive to forming machine

1.9 Forming machine
It is used to make the steel coil continuously pushed in by main drive bend through 3 rollers ,along a specific forming angle to form a pipe.the finial pipe is completed after continuous welding of internal and external welding .
The machine is composed of 3 forming rollers, outside control roller and stand column .The distance between the 1# roller system and the 3# roller system roller seat is moved, and the front and rear movement is manually adjusted for the screw mechanism.2 # roller system (internal pressure bar) can achieve lifting, nodding and head lifting.

1.10 Front axle device
Its to install and fix all the single machine from uncoiler to forming machine.
The steel welded structure is composed of a bridge body, a swing cylinder and a locking mechanism And its meet the adjustment of the spiral pipe forming angle. Angle range is 40°-85°
1.11 Internal /External welding device
The device is used to accurately transfer the welding wire and flux which are used for submerged arc welding to the soldering point of the welding seam. The device is mainly composed of support frame and adjustment device.
1.12 Centralizer
It is used to fix the pipe to meet the requirement of stable welding .
Institutional form: V-frame structure, including frame, centralizer, guide rail, screw and so on. The guide wheel guide rail is mounted on the V-shaped frame, and the lead screw is adjusted to the position of the welded pipe of the corresponding specification, and the angle of the support wheel can be adjusted to the tangential direction of the welded pipe spiral.

1.13 Flying cutting car
